Weekly meal plan for the week of June 1st

Indian Meal Plan

  • Monday: Rajma Rice-A North Indian kidney beans stew that is boiled for hours to achieve the depth of flavors. Served with rice. (GF, Veg, Vegan) $16
  • Tuesday: Kala Chana Kadhi-Black chickpeas boiled with aromatics and then put in a mix of yogurt+buttermilk blend. Served with rice. (GF, Veg) $22
  • Wednesday: Kadhai Chicken Bowl-Chicken made in a wok with aromatic spices(ground coriander, black pepper, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, etc.), bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with a cabbage slaw and rice. (Non-Veg, GF) $22

  • Thursday: Kofta Curry-Taro root (Arbi) koftas(balls) air fried then put in a curry of aromatic spices, onions, tomatoes, melon seeds and a small amount of cashews to keep it light. Served with two rotis. (GF, Veg, Vegan) $22
  • Friday: Chicken Manchurian-Air-fried chicken fritters and then mixed with other veggies and Indian Chinese aromatics. Served with rice. (Non-Veg, Can be made GF) $20

Universal Meal Plan

  • Monday: Afghani soy with veggies-Soy nuggets, boiled then marinated in aromatic spices and yogurt, and sauteéd with cashew paste. Some veggies are added for a balanced meal. A light and carb friendly option. Served with two rotis. (Veg, Vegan, GF) ($16)

  • Tuesday: Chicken Lettuce Wraps. (Non-veg, Can be made GF)($18)
  • Wednesday: Chicken Zucchini fritters that are stir fried, served with grilled asparagus and salad. (GF, Non-Veg) ($22)

  • Thursday: Corn Tortilla Enchiladas- Corn Tortilla filled with veggies the tortillas are then baked and made into enchiladas with salsa verde sauce and a little sprinkle of cheese. (GF, Veg, Can be made vegan with vegan cheese)) ($22)

  • Friday: Lemongrass Chicken-Served with Veggies and sauce over rice. (Non-Veg, Can be made GF with Tamari and Coconut Aminos)($22)
